This modern and bright 70 sq. m (750 square feet) holiday apartment, built in 2003, has wonderful direct views of the beautiful Berchtesgaden mountain range and can sleep 6 persons. It comprises master bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with twin beds, bathroom and combined living room with large balcony (direct mountain views) & kitchen. The kitchen area contains fridge (with small freezer compartment), coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine and a dining table seating 6. The living room has a double sofa bed, two armchairs, satellite television and radio, stereo system and an ADSL point with free Internet access. For children, there is a swing, climbing frame and sand pit in the front garden of the main house.

The apartment is situated on the top floor of a recently refurbished. It’s an alpine family home, with its own access via a separate door and then private internal staircase. From here you can enjoy a beautiful direct view over the Berchtesgaden mountain range. Surrounded by gardens, the apartment is situated in a very quiet end of road location, while remaining close to shops and the tourist information office. It is an ideal starting point for walking, hiking, day trips and winter sport (cross country, downhill skiing and sledging).
