Situated in the countryside, only 5 km from Manacor, the recently in true Mallorcan style built finca can be found. The house is on a 500 sq m fenced area with old almond-trees in absolute calmness. From the terraces you really have a magnificent view over the Mallorcan hills. Everyone finds the place he likes, maybe in the sun or the shadow. You will find a pool (4 x 8 m / 1,15- 1,85 m) in the affectionately cultivated garden with Mediterranean flowers, plants and trees. There is also a shower at the pool terrace. Furthermore, you have the possibility of baking bread with a special baking-oven. The rest of the property is kept in real nature condition. This is a place apart of the mass tourism, where you and your children will surely feel good and relax.

After Palma de Mallorca Manacor is the next important town of the island. It is well-known for its furniture industry and the production of artificial pearls. It is situated in the ultimate spur of the ‘Sierra de Levant’ and was founded already in the year 1300 by king Jaume II. The most important sightseeing points are: ‘Torre de ses puntes’ (tower of the 14th century), the Domicanian monastery ‘Sant Vincent Ferrer’ and the baroque convent ‘ Santo Domingo’. Furthermore, there are some impressionable caves, which can be visited nearby. They could raise due to the special kind of limy parts in the ground. In the center of Manacor, you will find a hospital, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and many specialized little shops, shortly said: all you could need. The recently constructed attractive traffic-free zone also invites to walk a little and then rest in one of the cafés while having a look at the people passing by and relax in Mediterranean atmosphere.

Notes: After having entered through the hall, you are coming into the living room, which is decorated with comfortable seating accommodations for 8 persons. There also is chimney; having lightened it up, a special romantic atmosphere can be created. You will also find television with SAT connection. Passing onto to the dinning room there is a big wooden finca table to guarantee a comfortable atmosphere when dining with some more persons. Next to this is a fully-equipped kitchen in Mallorquin style. Furthermore, there are 2 bedrooms with big integrated wardrobes. Through the big windows of each room you have a magnificent view either into the garden or to the pool. The complete flooring is made by terracotta tiles.

Sehr schönes Haus (viele typische Details) in absolut ruhiger Lage mit wunderschönem Garten und Pool.
Erholung pur für alle, die Ruhe suchen und den Strand nicht unbedingt vermissen.
Eine vollkommene gepflegte Ausstattung, wo man nichts vermisste, so dass uns sogar das Kochen im Urlaub Spass machte und vor allem die Vermieter sind ganz liebe Menschen. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Landhaus in ländlicher Idylle.
Für alle die abseits vom Trubel, Erholung und Ruhe suchen.
Ein Ort um die Seele baumeln zu lassen.
Auto unbedingt erforderlich.
Detail verliebte Ausstattung. Sehr nette Vermieter.
