Not only in summer the weather is good. Christmas and easter are also excellent periods to enjoy the pleasant climate.The house is located on a quiet, small street without traffic. It consists of a living room, 3 dormitories (2x double bed and 1x single), a kitchen equipped with stove, microwave and toaster, one bathroom, one toilet-room, Veranda with a roof, sunny terrace and garden with exterior shower facilities and a lemon tree. It is ideal for culturally orientated visitors looking to visit Barcelona but not wishing to stay in the hectic town centre, as well as for those seeking beach bliss. The house is located only 5 minutes away from the bus stop from which there is a bus to Barcelona every hour (journey lasts 35 min.), including entire nights during weekends. In addition, there is a bus directly going to the beach every 20 minutes. The fares and travel zones are all within the area of greater Barcelona. St. Pere de Ribes is an average sized and very calm village with tradition

St. Pere de Ribes is located inside the province of Barcelona and 4 kilometres to the inside of the country from the famous beach-resort Sitges. Hence it is ideal for visitors who wish to keep at distance from typical tourist places and behaviour. It is nonetheless very close to the beach. The village pertains to the mountains of the Garraf that offers opportunities for trekking. 5 minutes walk from the house there is a new, very modern swimming pool with a gym, sauna and whirlpool. Wine and cava-lovers will be happy to know that St. Pere de Ribes is only 15 km. away from Vilafranca del Penedès, famous for its quality wines and cava. Only a little bit farther is St. Sadurní d’Anoia. The leisure park ‘Port Aventura’ is only a reasonable 60 km away.

Wir waren und sind noch immer sehr angetan von diesem schönen Ferienhaus.Dieser Urlaub dort wird uns lange in Erinnerung bleiben.Alles vorhanden was man braucht und nah zum Strand und nach Barcelona.Auch die Vermieter sind nett und sehr freundlich.

Super! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wahnsinn, vielen Dank für eine echt schöne Sommerzeit in Ihrem Haus "Casa Nova". Wir haben uns in den 2 Wochen prächtig erholt & uns tierisch in Barcelona verliebt. Wir sind kilometerweit durch fast alle Gassen gelaufen. Das mußten unsere blasendurchzogenen Füße durchhalten. Uns wird die Fahrradtour zum Strand in Sitges fehlen. 3km bergauf & dann rollen lassen. Wir wurden oft wie Außerirdische bestaunt auf unseren Rädern.
Das Haus war echt super. Eine Verbesserung hätten wir jedoch, könnte man das Auto in der Garage parken, wäre es noch besser.
Wenn wir dürfen, kommen wir wieder.
PS: Ich (wir) brauchen auch einen Gasherd!
Owner's Response: Wir freuen uns immer sehr, wenn unsere Gäste wiederkommen. Und dass der Gasherd Anklang fand, darüber haben wir geschmunzelt. Die Garage können wir unseren Gästen leider nicht zur Verfügung stellen, da wegen der Innenaufteilung gar kein Auto reinpassen würde :-).

Barcelona vor der Tür...:-))

Leider müssen wir dieses wunderschöne Haus aufgrund eines Streiks auf der französischen Seite früher verlassen als geplant. Wir hatten hier eine ausgesprochen vielseitige Woche, daher planen wir, unbedingt wieder zu kommen.
Wir haben uns bei Ihnen -und in dieser Nachbarschaft- sehr wohl gefühlt. Dieses in einem Ferienhaus selten gewordene Gefühl des "Willkommen Seins" macht Lust auf mehr ...
Deshalb schreiben wir an dieser Stelle nur À très bientôt; auf Wiedersehen.

Gemütlich, ruhig, ideale Lage

In einer Woche in Ihrem Haus haben wir uns wahrlich gut erholt. Die Busverbindung nach Barcelona ist einfach und unkompliziert und es hat uns sehr gefallen, diese junge und dynamische Stadt zu erkunden. Daneben haben wir das Meer und die Strände in Sitges ausgiebigst genossen. Für eine solche Kombination aus Städte- und Strandurlaub liegt Ihr Haus ideal. Wenn wir wieder nach Barcelona reisen, werden wir uns ganz sicher wieder an Sie wenden. Übrigens waren die Früchte Ihres Gartens äußerst lecker.
Danke noch einmal für den Aufenthalt in Ihrer Casa Nova
