A well decorated 1 BR, 1 BA located at 302D in the Beau Mer condominium in Old Town. The unit has a great view for several miles directly down the Gordon River bay. You can observe the sunset every evening from the lanai and watch the boats sail on the bay. It is a half block to Fifth Avenue and an easy walk to numerous first class restaurants and luxury retail shopping on 5th Avenue. Tin City and the city docks are nearby. The new Bayfront shops are just north across 5th Avenue. The beach is a dozen or so blocks which can be walked or an easy drive with parking available near the beach. The unit has designated parking. The unit is located at Beau Mer, 807 River Point Drive, 302D. It is well furnished and outfitted in a Florida motif with mirrored walls, ceiling fans, an en suite washer/dryer, humidistat, a well furnished kitchen with microwave and all appliances, beach chairs, A/C, a color TV, cable, DVD/VCR, high-speed internet connection, a portable stereo, tape, CD player.

  • $725-1125/Week
  • Refundable damage deposit:
    $125 per week or $500 per month

    Discounts offered for multi-week and monthly rentals.

    Rates do not include cleaning charges of $90 and all applicable local taxes.
    Renters for one month will receive the monthly rate for any additional rentals of shorter duration during the year, e.g., someone renting the month of March and a week in November would receive the November week for $700 rather than the usual $825. Renters for multiple months can receive larger discounts.
  • January through March rates are $1,125 per week or $3,800 per month, April and May are $825 per week or $2,800 per month, June to October rates are $725 per week or $2,300 per month, October until Christmas rates are $825 per week or $2,800 per month, Christmas and New Years weeks are $1125 per week or $2,000 for both weeks.

The bedroom has a king sized bed, color TV with remote, VCR and a separate dressing area and large closet. The bath has a large step-in shower. Condo rules prohibit pets and more than 2 adults to a unit. Large heated pool, spa, BBQ's poolside, washer and dryer in the unit, cable TV. Guests are asked to smoke only on the lanai. Condo rules prohibit pets. Old Naples shopping, fine dining, art galleries, boat rental, excursions on the bay and deep sea fishing all within easy walking distance both 5th Ave and Third St (a little farther). Beach is walkable. Location is convenient to shopping and restaurants, tourist trolleys, churches, beach, boat rentals are across the street, and many, many golf courses nearby.

Restrictions: Rentals during the season are Saturday to Saturday. One week minimum rental. Pets or animals of any kind are prohibited by condominium rules. Limit on occupants, 2 adults, one small child (toddler). No smoking in doors, No motorcycles or pickup trucks (condo rules).

10/07/07This condo was really a home from home. It has been the best equipped condo we have had on all out vistis to the USA.The location was ideal for us, the restaurants were superb. I would certainly reccommend the condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable holiday.

Christmas in Naples

My daughter and I enjoyed out time at Beau Mer. Having breakfast on the porch was a favorite time of day for me. My daughter, an experienced biker) made bicycle excursions around much of Naples. We enjoyed being in the condo, as well as going shopping as well as finding treats, gelato for her and peach yogurt for me. The atmosphere in Naples is festive, One night we went to the beach for fireworks. On New Year's Eve we went to the Irish pub to celebrate with the town folk. The owners are great honest people to deal with and I loved the condo with a view. Thank you.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our two-week stay in February. The condo was comfortable and well-equipped. The location is very convenient to the Olde Naples restaurants, shops and beaches. The view from the lanai is terrific. We definitely would consider staying at this condo again..

Just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time at your condo. It really is a great location and we could walk to so many things. My sister and her husband have a place at Forest Glen CC and we spent the week going back and forth which was great. The weather was beautiful and your condo is lovely. Just a note to say thank your for arranging, the use of 2 Apartments, they were both lovely could you pleas say a big thank you to your friends for allowing us to use there's, your instructions to shops and restaurants was really good, we tried most of the restaurants, and hope to visit again to sample the rest. Again thank you, we hope that we did not cause to many problems with arranging the payments, but now the have Paypal next time should be easier.
