What sets us apart from all the rest? Aside from what you would “expect” in a luxury Villa maybe it’s the special touches such as a TV in every bedroom as well as one in the great room which also boasts a stereo, DVD/VCR player and selection of movies to watch and books to read. Or is it the well appointed kitchen, breakfast bar, dining room, screened-in lanai with in-ground private pool? Is it our outdoor gas grill, laundry room with washer, dryer and sink, or the private garage with bicycles and other conveniences for guests? Is it that the home is located in a fabulous golf community of its own, and yet is within a few miles of the TPC at Treviso Bay golf community? Is it that we are located just outside Marco Island with its shops and restaurants? No, what makes it all special is that the home is all done with the loving care and attention to detail of someone who wants you to feel like when you arrive …you’re home!

Amenities: The home is professionally decorated with many extras, including a full dining room area seating 6-8 persons and a spacious, well-equipped kitchen. Also included is a washer and dryer and 2-car garage. Cleaning available at a nominal charge. Large community pool nearby Activities: Gulf of Mexico for boating, swimming or lying on the beach and soaking up the rays. The Florida Everglades are about a 30 minute drive from Naples to see the alligators, 'swamp buggies' and 'airboats'. There's the Thomas Edison Museum in Ft Myers and the Teddy Bear Museum in Naples. There are a number of fine dining restaurants.

The property is set in a beautifully landscaped Country Club setting. Great views of the lakes and golf courses abide. You are minutes from downtown Naples & the beach.
