Our Maravilla condo was recently renovated with new sofa and furniture, new flooring and painting. You will enjoy all the extras: elegant decor, fast Internet WiFi service and desktop PC, plenty of toys, books and games, beach toys and swimming boards, extra beach chairs and umbrellas. Maravilla is family oriented, gated community with 24 hour security and excellent location. Elevators and luggage carts available.

Excellent location in Maravilla Resort... Just minutes away from all the excitement... Onsite Private Beach with boating & fishing...Onsite RECREATION Area with pools, Jacuzzi, tennis, shuffleboard, basketball, fitness room, clubhouse & BBQ grills. Nearby numerous GOLF courses within 1-2 miles. Huge Outlet Mall (Silver Sands) just 2 miles east, Destin Commons is 2 miles to the west (Movie Theater and Shopping Center), Morgan's Family Entertainment Center is 2 miles east. Water Park, Miniature Golf, Recreation & Amusement Parks, Gulfarium. Several Excellent Restaurants within walking distance.

We thank you for sharing your vacation home with us. WE stayed in the one bedroom which provided a very comfortable stay. Being an end unit, the extra windows allowed for great sunlight. The balcony afforded a great view of the pool and beach! It was a great location for walking to the beach, and for walking along the path at all times of the day, even to a few restaurants. The set up of beach chairs and umbrella was quite a plus also. You had plenty of beach 'stuff' in the closet which would be great if you had little ones or additional family members with you. The second pool at the back of the buildings was warm and a pleasure to swim in. Kitchen was well equipped, and the internet access with the computer was another nice plus. I would definitely recommend this unit to others if you are looking to stay in Destin!

We stayed in the 2br/2ba condo this year and in the 1+br/2ba last year. We felt at home in both of them, tastefully decorated and comfortable, extremely well kept and well stocked condos. The location is excellent and the computer with high-speed wireless Internet was a plus. Our daughter enjoyed all the toys and beach items provided in the condos. We had a great vacation and will come again!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We stayed in the 2B/2BA condo.. had a great time.. beds very comfortable.. loved the internet access...short walk to the beach and swimming pool. Hot tub in November was very nice! Also used the charcoal grill for some great dinners.. we carried our food to the beach.. We had wonderful weather for November and hope to come back..this is a great time of year to be in Destin.

Wow, What a nice condo ! Excellent Location. Danka, we felt we were borrowing a good friend's extremely well stocked and extremely well kept vacation house. We had a great time and really enjoyed the place. My Mother complimented your great taste in decoration and housewares ! Thanks a lot, we had a great time.

The condo was really nice. The view was awsome. The facilities were very good. Plenty of parking. The only disappointment we had was the beach unbrella service. It is supposed to be handled on a first come first serve (as it should be) basis. The first day was fine. the remainder of the week was disapointing due to the best unbrellas being "reserved" for a large group. It did not matter if you were there at dawn the best unbrellas were already reserved. A call to the unbrella service verified that the unbrellas were supposed to be first come first serve. This was a big disappointment for my wife. Other than that our stay was excellent. Plenty of great restaurants within walking distance.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
