This tastefully decorated three bedroom two bath unit is one of the best in the popular Forest Pines complex. The main level great room-kitchen-dining room is comfortable and inviting. Spread out on the great room couches in front of the river rock wood burning fireplace. Relax with family and friends and watch cable TV or your favorite video, or just gaze up at the timbered cathedral ceiling with sky lights or outside at the beautiful pine trees. The dining area comfortably seats eight and the remodeled kitchen is fully equipped. The master bedroom with queen size bed and full bath are conveniently located on the main floor. The master also has cable TV. From the entrance area take stairs to the second floor to two additional bedrooms one with a queen bed and one with two single beds. Also upstairs is an additional full bath and laundry. The end unit location is very peaceful as you can sit on the front deck and read a book, view adjacent million dollar homes or enjoy the quiet location nestled amongst towering pines. There is a second deck off the dining area with a charcoal barbeque. When it is time to take a walk consider a short stroll to the center of the complex and enjoy the Forest Pines seasonal outdoor pool, indoor hot tub and clubhouse. As the complex is only half a block off Lakeshore Blvd, it is an easy five minute walk from the unit to Incline Beach or a ten minute walk to the Hyatt Hotel. The unit can accommodate up to eight adults as it also has a hide-a-bed in the great room. This is a NON SMOKING, NO PETS and NO SHOES residence. Enjoy and relax in this terrific Forest Pines unit!
