zunächst einmal das Positive: es handelt sich wirklich um eine schön restaurierte Wohnung, innen gepfegt, Außenbereich ungepflegt; sehr lauter Lüfter in der fensterlosen Küche; Fenster in Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Bad und WC lassen sich nicht öffnen und hatten teilweise keine Vorhänge; Terrasse ist Zugang zur Wohnung und Durchgang für andere Gäste zur WaMa.
Betreuung durch Vermieter: nicht gut und schwer zu erreichen.
Ich würde die Wohnung nicht empfehlen.
