The holiday apartments (Bella Vista and Vista Mare) are part of a provincial villa in hillside situation. A large pool with an ample terrace for sun bathes which is exclusively reserved for the guests of the two apartments is located beneath the villa. Additionally two separate guestrooms are available for rent, but only in combination with the holiday apartments. Before expanded to guestrooms they have been used as ‘vascas’ - traditional Italian reservoirs. All terraces including the pool terrace offer a fantastic sea and mountain view. The proprietor lives all the year in the same villa.

The villa is located only a short distance from the mediaeval village Perinaldo about 570 m above the sea level. Perinaldo is known for its cultivated historical buildings. Perinaldo offers beside the unique face of the village different shops (bakery, grocery, tobacco shop and post office), several restaurants and bars. San Remo, Monaco and the French Riviera, only few kilometres far from Perinaldo, are interesting destinations for day trips. The diversified landscape of Liguria with its mountains and the turquoise blue Mediterranean Sea shows its attractions also in the low season. Especially the terraces of olive trees and vine but also the mimosas and roses contribute to the attractiveness of this region.

Es ist schon sehr ungewöhnlich,daß alle Gäste zum gleichen Urteil
kommen.Keiner hat übertrieben,es ist tatsächlich so:
herzlicher Empfang,schöne,äußerst gepflegte Wohnung hervorragend ausgestattet in herrlicher Lage,gute Empfehlungen und Tipps.
Ausgangspunkt für interessante Ausflüge an die Küste oder die Nachbartäler mit eigenem Wagen(nicht zu groß wegen schmaler Straßen),Bus oder Bahn(billig,keine Parkplatzsuche).
Viele Wanderwege(Wanderschuhe!) in die Umgebung bis auf 1200 m
Höhe.Empfehlenswert!Haben für kommendes Jahr erneut gebucht!

Traumurlaub in Perinaldo

Unser Urlaub in der traumhaften Residenz war wieder einmal unbeschreiblich. Wir kommen schon seit vielen Jahren und sind immer wieder begeistert. Die Poolanlage ist himmlisch, mit einer tollen Wasserqualität, die insbesondere auf die liebevolle Pflege unserer Vermieterin zurückzuführen ist. Die Wohnung ist immer sauber, über den deutschen Standard hinaus, die gesamte Anlage ein mediterraner Augenschmaus und der Blick einfach unbeschreiblich, egal, wo man sich befindet. Selbst beim Schwimmen kann man den unverbauten Blick hinunter in`s Tal und auf das Meer genießen. Ich sage nur, man muß es gesehen und erlebt haben. Wir fühlen uns immer wieder sehr wohl dort, nehmen nur schweren Herzens Abschied. Ich kann dieses Domizil jedem empfehlen, weil einfach alles stimmt und keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Und wäre da doch einmal etwas, hat die herzliche, offene und Italien- erfahrene Vermieterin immer ein offenes Ohr für Fragen und gibt gerne Tipps rund um dieses wunderschöne Fleckchen Erde.

Wundervoller und erholsamer Urlaub in Ligurien

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub. Die Wohnung und die Anlage war sehr gepflegt, ließen keine Wünsche offen und entsprachen voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Die Betreuung durch die Vermieterin war sehr herzlich und ihre Tipps zum Ort und zur Umgebung sehr hilfreich. Das Beste überhaupt war jedoch der Blick von der Terasse ins Tal (und am Horizont auch das Meer) einfach atemberaubend schön! Wir werden das Feriendomizil gerne weiterempfehlen und auch sicherlich nochmals wiederkommen. Alles hat einfach perfekt gepasst.

Entspannung pur von der ersten Minute an. Gepflegtes und stilvolles Ambiente, Pool mit Panorama-Meeresblick. Abseits vom Trubel und doch schnell am Strand.

Der Urlaub in Perinaldo war einfach traumhaft. Die Anlage ist wunderschön und die liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung ist sauber und gepflegt. Auch die Ausstattung läßt keine Wünsche offen. Aber das Beste ist wirklich dieser sagenhafte Blick ins Tal. Einfach nur schön!!!
Schnell ist man mit dem Auto an den schönen ligurischen Küstenstätten. Man sollte auf keinen Fall den Markt verpassen; hier locken frische kulinarische Verführungen aus der Region. Und es gibt noch so viel zu entdecken, dass wir immer gerne wiederkommen!
