There is a vaulted plank pine ceiling and a see-through fireplace are in one of the living rooms with custom-built crown molding, fluted columns, and medallions throughout the house. Plantation shutters and custom-made draperies are also offered. Views of the water from both the front and the back of the house. Almost every room has a water view. Enjoy the tropical vegetation and privacy by the pool which has sun throughout the day, a playground area with sand for the children, and a propane grill for barbecuing. The pool is heated by an electric heat pump in the winter. The pool and playground areas are fenced.

The home has 8 TVs, 4 VCRs, 3 DVD Players, 5 phones, and Central Vac. It also has a 56 ft dock for fishing. No pets allowed! No smoking, please! If you must smoke, please smoke outside or in the lanai area. At Tigertail beach, which the entrance is less than a block from the house, enjoy miles of beautiful, white, sandy beaches, a larger playground for the children, a volleyball net, rentals, restrooms, and you can get sandwiches, soda, and ice cream at the sandwich shop.
