3, 4 and 5 Bedroom Private Homes with screen enclosed pools. Located approximately 10 to 15 miles from Disney, 15 to 25 miles from Orlando International Airport. Hwy192 with all the local restaurants and shopping centers is just 3 miles. This beautiful single family home has: Large fully equipped Kitchen, Dishes, Flatware, Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Iron, Linens, Towels, Cable TV, Central Air/ Heat, Free local Telephone calls and Garage. The bed setting for this Villa is 1 Queen in the Master, Full in the second Bedroom and two twins in the 3rd and 4th Bedroom. Please remember that the home you see online can vary slightly from the actual home you receive, but we guarantee you will receive a beautiful vacation home well kept up to your standards. The homes are between 1 and 3 years old. They are located in beautifully developed subdivisions. We provide excellent directions for getting around from your house to the attractions.

My family resently stay at one of your Vacation Homes and I must say it surpassed all of our expectations. The location was very safe and quiet, and the house was beautiful inside and out. Close to all necessities and a beautiful area. Will definitely book with this Company again next year.

Good for the price paid

We went in middle of June, not by any means a peak season. If the price was more than what we paid for, I would question some aspects in the house like the pool cleanliness (frankly, we hardly used the pool at home, after spending 2 days in Aquatica!) and shower water smelling (primarily a factor of Kissimmee township) and bread toaster not working (someone's oversight!). House was clean.

Net net, good house for the price we paid.
