The vacation house is only 150 m from the beach, in a complex of 6 houses of the 'S'Estanyol' Community, approx. 900 m from the center. The residential comply has 6 individual vacation houses which are separated from each other by alleys. From the kitchen on the ground floor and from a bedroom on the first upper floor, you have a fantastic view upon the sea, Colònia de Sant Pere town and upon Cape Ferrutx with its impressive mountainous formation. Behind the house, there is a small garden with deck chairs. From the balcony of the big bedroom on the first upper floor you have a fantastic view upon Son Serra de Marina, up to Marina bis Alcudia, especially during the night. Besides, there is also a third, smaller bedroom with a couch bed, as well as a bathroom with bathing tub and WC. On the ground floor, there is a shower accessible from outside and a WC. The kitchen is arranged in a typical Majorcan style, walled and completely equipped. There is German Sat-TV.

The Arta community belongs to Colònia de Sant Pere and is Majorca’s community with the longest coast without hotels. You can notice how with the exception of a small guest house in the middle of the town and a hotel, there are only private accommodations. Excursions by boat: Upon request, you can charter our Capelli 17 (5.20 m, 75 PS) with skipper on Saturdays, take fishing tours, and enjoy water skiing or donut. On other days (except for Sunday) you can charter alone, if you own a marine driving licence.

Hiking: One of the most beautiful hiking tours on the island can start directly in front of your house: the climb to Betlem Monastery. The view from up there is breathtaking.

Golf: There are 4 top golf courses which can be reached within 15 - 20 minutes: Golf Costa de los Pinos (9 holes), Pula Golf, Golf Canyamel and Capdepera Golf.
