Sant'Angelo estate is located amidst splendid isolation on a 500.000m2, fenced in property, with its own lake, dock, boat, tennis court, pool (8x16 meters), fields, forest and walking paths. The main house has been divided up into two apartments, each of which is 130 m2 in size. Each apartment has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 large living room (50 m2) with dining counter, dining area, stone fireplace with a seating corner, and satellite TV. There is also an adjoining building with a living room, double sofa-bed, kitchen and bath, as well as an additional 80m2 annex with a living room with fireplace, dining area, kitchen counter, 2 sofa-beds, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. There is also an additional building with a fully equipped kitchen and parlour for meals, in front of which is a patio with a beautiful pergola and barbecue, for meals by the pool. There is a large, shady, rustic pergola located right by the pool, as well as another pergola by the lake. We rent the entire estate.

Nearest Train: Arezzo at 35 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: Arezzo at 40 Kilometres

The estate is located in Casentino, a beautiful, forested region between Florence and Arezzo. The area is not well known and has yet to be discovered by tourists. All of Tuscany's important cultural sites can be visited comfortably on day trips. Florence is one hour's drive away, Sienna and San Gimignano one and a half, Perugia two hours, and Arezzo 35 minutes. The immediate vicinity also offers plenty of prospects, such as the La Verna and Camaldoli cloisters, where you can walk through centuries-old forests. The Etruscan city of Cortona and Lake Trasimeno are each one hour away. The surrounding little villages are also well worth visiting, with their castles, palaces, churches, and numerous sights. Typical local restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlours, and cafe/bars are available in plenty. There is a 9-hole golf course located about 8 km away in a panoramic location. There is a tennis court on the property.

Wir hätten uns nicht besseres vorstellen können. Es war alles super sauber, der Pool wurde jeden Tag gereinigt, der Pizzaofen ebenfalls, wenn wir ihn benötigt haben. Der Gemüsegarten einfach eine Wucht. Die Vermieter waren sensationell nett. Die Fotos entsprechen nicht annähernd den positiven Tatsachen. Wir sehen uns sicher wieder!!!!! Danke Stefano, Roberta und Milva!!!!

Das Domizil war schöner als im Internet dargestellt. Wir waren 18 Personen (10 Erwachsene. und 8 Kinder) und hatten super viel Platz. Das Domizil war super sauber. Der Besitzer und die Angestellten waren stehts bemüht so unauffällig wie möglich, jeden Tag, Terrasse, Grillplatz und Pool zu reinigen.Durch die Größe und Lage waren wir "wirklich" unter uns und konnten tun und lassen was wir wollten. Und das zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ganz in der Nähe . Riesiger Einkaufsmarkt und Lidl.
Wir wollten nach zwei Wochen noch nicht heim und würden jeder Zeit wieder buchen.
Der See und die Tennisanlage sind auch in gutem Zustand.Nur wer wirklich radfahren will sollte sein eigenes Rad mitnehmen. Die vorhandenen Räder sind leider nicht zu empfehlen.
Urlauber aus Ismaning bedanken sich nochmals recht herzlich für einen super Aufenthalt.
