Fall weeks available at drastically reduced rates. Snowbirds Welcome. Heated indoor pool. Our houses have FREE WI FI. With Direct Ocean View and Access, this privately owned beach house is only 50 steps from the beach, making it easy to dash back and forth for drinks/potty, etc. Home is beautifully decorated in vibrant Caribbean colors. It is a two story beach house, built on pylons so you have covered parking under the house. We have sleeping arrangements for 12, with 3 baths, as well as an outside shower. We have 5 TVs with expanded cable, DVD, VCR, CD player, fully equipped kitchen, grill, washer/dryer, Free wireless Internet access, etc. - everything to make this your best vacation and one you will remember. We have one-mile of 'Grand Strand', with Lifeguards. Also, available are chair and umbrella rentals. We are situated in a family oriented gated community, with an enforced 10 PHM speed limit and patrolling security, making it a place you can truly 'let the kids go

We are very centrally located in Myrtle Beach, SC, seven miles south of downtow Myrtle Beach area and 7 miles north of Murrells Inlet, famous for all the seafood restaurants and Captain Dick's Marina (deep sea fishing port). Garden City has the Legends musical show, water-park, and one of the largest flea markets in the southeast. It is about 15 minutes to all the Outlet shopping centers on 15-501 North between Myrtle Beach and Conway. Barefoot Landing has specialty shops and is about 30 minutes at N. Myrtle Beach. 20-30 minutes south on Hwy. 17 are the nice specialty shops at Pawley's Island, Brookgreen Gardens, and Huntington Beach State Park (great place to find sand dollars). There are many restaurants of various types on Hwy. 17 from N. Myrtle Beach to Murrells Inlet. There are many golf courses and miniature golf courses, cinemas (for rainy days), etc.

We have FREE wireless internet access in our houses. Located in our complex are ocean-side basketball, volleyball, bocce ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe facilities, as well as playgrounds. We have a recreation center, providing planned activities for all ages, i.e. swimming lessons, crafts, dancing lessons, etc. We have an Olympic sized pool, two kiddie pools and an indoor heated pool, and carpet golf. There are 3 snack shops, grocery store, nature center, supervised children's programs, day camp, concerts, an arcade and many other activities. In addition to our one-mile of 'Grand Strand', we have 7 lakes on site, providing additional fishing opportunity. Golf carts are available for rental to tour around our complex. Nearby are over 100 golf courses, many world class.

Restaurants of every description and live theatre, such as Dixie Stampede, Medieval Times, Legends in Concert and many others. Ripley's Aquarium and Broadway at the Beach are only 15 minutes away. Kids will love the downtown Pavilion, NASCAR Park, water parks or other theme parks in this area. We are only 6 miles from downtown Myrtle Beach and airport. Over 100 golf courses, many world class, are nearby. We have great restaurants of any type food and several outlet shopping malls within a few miles.

Our family had a great vaction here. Really close to the beach and house was decorated so nice. We enjoyed being able to have our entire family together, cook out on the grill and many activities in the resort. House was very clean and up-to-date. We enjoyed touring the resort in a golf cart and catching fist in the lakes, as well as in the ocean.

We needed a quick winter get away from our constant freezing temperatures and this house was perfect. So close to the beach, we had our morning coffee on our deck watching the sea gulls over the ocean. Bright, cheerful colors are just perfect.
