You'll love this very spacious home (1800+ square feet) in a private gated resort community. The home features an up-scale decor with bright and spacious living room with soaring cathedral ceiling and a gas fireplace. Two large bedrooms with large sliding glass doors provide plenty of light. The master bedroom features a king size bed with a sitting area, and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. The completely enclosed rear patio features a sparkling pool and spa with mountain views along with plenty lounge chairs, tables and chairs with umbrella for comfortable entertaining. New tile flooring through out the home. Double attached garage with washer and dryer. The gated complex has tennis courts, clubhouse, racquetball court, and very spacious park like grounds. Conveniently located about 5 minutes from downtown Palm Springs.

This is one of the nicest places i ever go to ! It is comfortable and friendly in atmosphere and has all great ammenities as well!
The pool and backyard deck is super with flowers and green everywhere and a view of the mts too! just spectacular!
Inside, the house has all the comforts of home as well as practical things for living too!
The owner is very customer friendly before and during the rental also and will help any needs during the stay as well!
It is a totally relaxing experience from start to finish....which always comes too soon!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

A lovely place to stay in Palm Springs

We stayed in this home for the month of Nov. 2008. This was our second visit and would have been our third except that the home was already rented during the time in April when we planned to be in Palm Springs. We're hoping to return again in 2009. Obviously, we enjoy this home very much. It is exactly as advertised. The privacy is so much more than one has in condos; it feels like being in a separate house. Outside the home's private wall & gate are lush grounds (not a golf course) with lemon & grapefruit trees & a perfect place in which to stroll without traffic & in quite secure surroundings. Although we enjoy returning to some of our favorite restaurants in the area, the kitchen is well-stocked for cooking, the dining area is lovely, & so is being able to eat outside by the private pool. There are tennis courts & a clubhouse on the premises, but just relaxing at "home" is the most enjoyable thing to us when we have the pleasure to visit. I gladly recommend this home to anyone wanting a really comfortable, quiet, private place to stay in a beautiful area.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
