Courtesy of the owners for the 2010 season: all beach equipment & wagon; Internet connection, free long distance call anywhere in North America; 37' flat-panel HD TV with DVD and blu-ray players; new Samsung front loading washer & dryer. And other. We do care! This Villa is located away from street on a private circle, in lush tropical setting; quiet, safe for children. It sleeps comfortably 6. Open-space living, dining, and kitchen areas on the main floor, together with a master bedroom and master bath. Two other bedrooms and a full second bath are located on the top floor. The fully furnished kitchen boasts a smooth top oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, just brand-new washing machine and a dryer (all full size). There is a spacious (10'x20') front balcony, a screened lanai adjacent to kitchen with morning sun, and then a garden deck with seating and a gas BBQ grill. A separate bonus room on ground floor with a TV, stereo, Internet serves as a den or family room.

North Beach Villa is situated in one of the finest condominium complexes (North Beach Village) on Anna Maria Island, exactly at Gulf Drive and 64th Street in the city of Holmes Beach. The entrance to the white sand beach, that extends the entire length of the island, is just across this Gulf Drive – a low traffic by-pass road that runs along the beach, connecting the waterfront condos. The beach distance from the Villa is less than 200 yards, and the condominium pool, heated for year-round comfort, less than 50 yards. You will enjoy the lush vegetation, quiet and friendly atmosphere, privacy, and tropical charm of the low-density complex of North Beach Village.
