This new stone cottage has a unique panoramic position with a view of Montescudaio and the surrounding hills. With this splendid situation, efforts have been made to maintain the typical Tuscan manner of the building. The cottage is reached first by a tarmac ked road and then, as is very often the case, by an unsurfaced short road. The approximately 75 qm apartment is on the ground floor and has a large living room with an open fireplace. The cooking area is separated from it by an arch. Beautiful ceiling with beams and terra-cotta floor. There are two spacious bedrooms, one with a comfort double bed and the other one has two single beds. In the bathroom with shower and toilet you can find also a washing machine. SAT - TV and heating. In front of the house there is a terrace with garden furniture and a large well looked garden in which to sunbathe and spend peaceful moments. Ideal for relaxing while enjoying the panoramic views, due its unique position.

Montescudaio, a small inland town approximately 12 km from the sea, already had a special importance in the past because of its position. Today also you can enjoy an outstanding panorama from the church square and especially from the “La Guardiola” viewpoint. On clear days you can see as far as the valley of the River Cecina and the blue of the Tyrrhenian Sea, with its islands Capraia, Gorgona and of course, Elba. Just off the church square you can wander round the narrow alleyways, looking through arches and doors for typical wine-cellars and you'll want to return here for your next holiday. In the centre of the town you can discover restaurants that tempt the palate with typically Tuscan delicacies as you taste one of the many D.O.C. Montescudaio wines. The land around Montescudaio is rightly famous for the production of wine and the wine producers present their labels proudly at the annual Wine Festival which takes place on the first weekend in October.

Wir waren im August 1 Woche da. Alles perfekt. Traumhafter Ausblick. Alles bestens eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gemangelt. Wir kommen wieder.

Sehr gepflegtes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus. Wir haben mehr Küchen- und Geschirrutensilien vorgefunden als wir Zuhause brauchen. Die Lage ist sensationell. Sehr empfehlenswert für Menschen die Ruhe suchen. Wir können dieses Objekt mit ruhigem Gewissen empfehlen. Die schöne Lage ist leider nicht ersichtbar auf dem Foto.

Wunderschönes etwas abseits gelegenes Häuschen

Dieses Haus ließ keine Wünsche übrig, es waren selbst die Kleinigkeiten des Lebens vorhanden.
Das etwas abseits liegende Häuschen glänzte durch Ruhe vom Alltagstrubel und eine wunderschöne Sonnenterasse.
Die Ausstattung war vollständig und sauber, das ganze Areal war sehr gepflegt.
Wenn wir wieder in die Gegend kommen werde wir wieder versuchen dieses Domizil zu mieten.
