In our holiday-home we can offer you two flats - one flat with 100 m² with 2 bed-rooms, 2 baths, kitchen, dining room, sitting-room, balcony with view on the river Elbe south west, terrace and garden. The second flat of 65 m² offers 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen and sitting room - balcony with Elbe-view, south west, terrace and garden. It is placed in the biosphere reserve 'Brandenburgischge Elbtalaue' half-way between Hamburg and Berlin. Either walking or cycling (with bicycles of our house) you find possibilities - on the river or in the woods and fields, to enjoy nature. Within 1 hour you will reach by car the towns Ludwigslust, Hitzacker, Schnackenburg, Havelberg, Neuruppin, Schwerin or the nice Wendland. In less than two hours you will reach the Baltic Sea, Hamburg, Berlin or Hannover.

This flat is in our holiday home with two flats. Flat 1 has 100 m². There is a completely furnished kitchen, a ding room with a large table with 6 places and one children chair. From the dining room you can go onto the terrace and into the garden. In the first floor there are two bed rooms with 4 beds and 2 additional beds, 1 bath with a bath tube and WC and 1 additional bath with a shower and WC. In the second floor there is a comfortably furnished living room with a tiled stove and up to 8 sitting places and satellite TV. From here you go onto the balcony on the south side with view onto the Elbe. Our house is situated at a quiet dead-end-street directly behind the Elbe-dyke.

Wootz is situated on the east side of the Elbe and can be reached from Hamburg via BAB 250 and the main road B 216 and B 191 and B 195. From Berlin you can reach us via BAB 24 and B 5, B 189 and B 195 and from Hannover via B 3, B 5, B 189 and B 195.

Ferienwohnung mit guter Ausstattung (u.a. komplette Küche, Waschmaschine und Kaminofen in großzügigem Wohnzimmer mit Balkonterrasse und Blick auf die Elbe), viel Platz, gute Parkmöglichkeiten direkt auf dem Grundstück vor der Wohnung, ruhige Lage im Grünen (nur kleine Zufahrtsstraße, keine Durchgangsstraßen bzw. Autolärm hörbar), abwechselungsreiche Wandermöglichkeiten im Umland und sehr ansprechende Landschaft in unmittelbarer Nähe (Elbdeich und Auen), ideal für Landschafts- und Naturliebhaber,
