Conveniently located on the Intracoastal Waterway at Atlantic Blvd. Excellently maintained, fully furnished, quiet 16 unit complex, heated pool, 1-2 blocks to grocery store / drug store / shopping / restaurants / banks. 5-10 minutes to Ft Lauderdale.... 15 min to airport (FLL). 35 min to Miami. Dare to compare space/location and price!!! Very child friendly, convenient and very relaxing and quiet.

Wonderful property. Pool area nicely suited to young children. Property very well kept. Quiet location. Easy walk to beach. Condo bright, spacious and very clean. Will definitely go again and recommend to family and friends.
