A charming flat for a comfortable stay in Venice at very good prices. Our property is a lovely new restored flat composed of a small hall, a well equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a single room with a convertible bed-settee for up to 2 persons and a luminous bathroom with shower. Everything is ready for you: the bedroom linen, the towels and the blankets. The guests will find a food-welcome on their arrival for a better spending of the first hours in the apartment! The prices include the final cleaning.

BR B Amenities: /B BR The apartment is on the first floor of a traditional old building overlooking the large calle Ca' Foscari. It is surrounded by beautiful Venetian landmarks such as the Academy Galleries, the Church of Frari, the Old School of S.Rocco in a very quiet but lively area provided with restaurants, really inviting cake shops and smart original little shops. Everything will make you feel physically relaxed, offering a good standard of comfort and service.

Area: It's easy to reach it from the railway station and the car parking (Piazzale Roma)by vaporetto (venetian means of transport along the town main channel) as well as from the airport. A map of the town with the exact location of our flat can be sent by e-mail on your request.

The description of the flat was accurate in every way. It was clean, well equipped & maintained. We had helpful & prompt communication with the owner even to the extent of his meeting us late in the evening at Piazzaleroma, taking us to the flat which was warm & cosy. necessary in December.Dorsoduro is pleasant & quite off the tourist track but conveniently close to station & St Mark's. Also, unusually there was a welcome of food, water & prosecco. Recommended to anyone who loves Venice. We've visited 6 years running.
