The Ocean Village complex is known for its beautiful landscaping - (has won numerous national awards). Has four heated swimming pools, Bocce Ball court, Shuffle Board courts, 10 tennis courts and a 9 hole Golf Course within the complex.
This newly upgraded condo is completely furnished, just bring your personal items and enjoy! The condo is located on the main level of the building for easy access from the parking area. A stacked washer & dryer ads to the easy vacation lifestyle.
The spacious master 'suite' features a king sized bed, its own newly tiled private bathroom and dressing area, 25' color TV and a comfortable couch for your relaxation or extra sleeping space for that little one. The guest bedroom suite has twin beds (can be made into a king), 20' color TV w/VCR and its own full bath. Both bedrooms and the living room/dining room area have new carpet. For your seasonal comfort there are ceiling fans and central A/C. Relax in the living room on the new couch and loveseat while watching the 27' color TV w/DVD. We also have a stereo & CD player if you prefer mood music. All TV's have cable for your viewing pleasure. The unit has just been repainted, is bright and very comfortable with an outstanding view of the new tropical garden (complete w/reflecting waterfall pool & benches)....enjoy the patio area while sitting with your morning coffee or your evening glass of wine. The object is to relax and unwind at Ocean Village.
There are two bikes for an enjoyable ride around the complex, to the beach or one of the pools near the condo. Please know that we do not allow smoking within our condo.
BR B Activities: /B BR Surf Fishing-on the beach at the condo or on the jetty inlet two miles north of the condo) for Pompano and other species-(fishing pole provided). The Cobb Bridge that connects Fort Pierce to Hutchinson Island also has two catwalks that offer excellent fishing on the Indian River. From the Fort Pierce marina you can charter a fishing boat for a day of fun on the river or the ocean.
Golf: There are many courses within a short drive from the island. And, don't forget our own Executive 9 hole course right in the complex.
Ski:
There are wonderful 'Vitural Tours' of the whole complex on the 'Ocean Village' website and you can see for yourself how lovely the area is. On the website you may also want to click on Neighborhood Pictures then go to the Rembrance Garden section for photos of the beautiful award winning tropical garden that you enjoy from my condo. It is worth the time to take a look, 'a picture says a thousand words' and the webcam is a great way to see our wonderful complex.

The Indian River Mall on Route 10 in Vero Beach
The Prime Outlet Mall at the Vero Beach Exit of I-95 (I-95 & Route 60)
Other Tourist Attractions:
Manatee Observation Area - 10 minutes from Ocean Village in Fort Pierce near the marina. It is free and very educational.
UDT Navy Seal Museum - 15 minutes north on North Hutchinson Island.
Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute - 10 minutes north on Route US1.
Baseball-The spring training camps of the LA Dodgers (Vero Beach) and the NY Mets (St. Lucie) are about 1/2 hour drive. Discount coupons for many of the Mets games are in the local newspapers.
Bathtub Beach/Reef - 25 minutes south - great snorkeling area.
