Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath chalet-style home just 1 block from the most beautiful beach in northern Michigan--Empire Beach on Lake Michigan. Located in quaint, historical Empire, the home is 1/2 block from the heart of the village which includes a grocery store, restaurants, bank, post office, galleries, and a library with computers. The interior of the home features an open floor plan with living room, dining area, kitchen, full bath, and master bedroom with queen size bed on the main level. The second level contains two large bedrooms, one with two twin beds, and the other with full size bed and two twin beds, and a full bath. The home has free wireless Internet access.

  • $900-$1500 per week
  • -Summer season: Weekly rental only, Saturday to Saturday. May 30-June 13 $1200 per week. June 13 to Sept. 12
    $1500 per week, $300 refundable security/damage deposit required at time of booking.

    -Fall/Winter/Spring season Mid-September to May 30. Weekly: $900. Weekdays and Weekends: 1-2 persons $150 per night; 3-8 persons $200 per night with 2 night minimum.
    $150 refundable security/damage deposit at time of booking.




    -One half payment due 60 days prior to reservation date. Deposit refunded 10 days after departure, less any damages.
    If cancellation occurs 60 or more days prior to reservation date, deposit will be refunded.

    6% Michigan tax added to all rents.
  • A small pet may be considered--$50 charge.
