Newly Constructed in Spring 2002, Capitola Sea Winds is the front unit of a two unit townhome, located only 1.5 blocks from Capitola Beach! The entire floor plan is located on the second floor, above your private parking garage. The unit has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. Perfect for couples or small families. Sleeps 1-4. Pets Welcome. Large Kitchen has granite tile counter tops, dishwasher, and a built in microwave. It is fully stocked with all your basic small kitchen appliances and supplies. Dining Table seats six and overlooks the balcony. Located off the Dining area, Living room has sofa, comfortable sitting chair, and a recliner. The Entertainment center includes 31' Cable TV with VCR and a Bose Stereo with CD Player. Sliding door leads to small patio with BBQ Grill. A Desk is also provided for your convenience should you want to connect to the internet.

Famous and Popular Capitola Beach is just one block from this unit where you can enjoy swimming and sunbathing with many other visitors. You can also shop at many of the wonderful shops located in the village, or have a nice lunch at any of the quaint restaurants.
