Aloha and welcome to sunny paradise we offer private condos primarily in South Maui at the Kihei Akahi Resort. Experience for yourself why our ocean and mountain view homes attract repeat visitors year after year. At the Kihei Akahi Resort we offer five top level units on the 6th floor and a 3rd floor unit all with ocean views located in building C. We have a 2nd floor garden view unit in building C for someone who wants ground level. Island Surf is a 4th floor ocean view unit. Kauhale Makai (Village by The Sea) is a 4th floor ocean front property. Kaanapali Resort is a top level 8th floor ocean front property. In Haiku we offer a luxurious home that sleeps 10. Our private homes reside on or directly across the street from some of the best swimming beaches in Maui! The Kihei Akahi Resort is directly across the street from popular Kamole Beach Park II. Kaanapali Resort is located on world famous Kaanapali Beach

  • $85-385/Night
  • 11.42% HI tax will be added to all room rates less than 180 day stay.

    Rates listed below for 2 occupants. Please add $10 per additional guest, per night. Maximum 4 occupants in condo.

    The longer you stay we will negotiate lower rates.

    Please add a $65 up to $100 non-refundable cleaning fee (varies with unit). Most of our condos/homes we will waive the cleaning fee if you stay 7 nights or greater.

    Check-in 3pm and check-out 11am.

    $200 deposit required to hold your reservation. Remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

    Credit cards accepted via Pay Pal system, additional 4% charge applies to guest using credit card.

    Rates subject to change without notice PRIOR to actual booking.
