Townhouse at Woodland Acres, completed July 2002. Large, tastefully decorated townhouse beach front condo 7 miles north of town on Lake Michigan. Just steps from the deck to the water's edge and the beach. Enjoy spectacular sunsets and starry nights from the deck. Beautiful views of Lake Michigan from the living room and master bedroom! Sun and swim on the sandy beach by day, have a campfire by night. Amenities include open floor plan with dining room, living room / gas fireplace, vaulted ceiling, custom designed kitchen. 1st floor master suite with his/her closets, whirlpool tub and large shower. 1st floor laundry and ¾ BA. Upstairs are two comfortable bedrooms, a large loft open to the living room below, a full bath, and a sunny veranda room with a spectacular view. Enjoy all the North Country has to offer. Nearby are several golf courses including the new Arcadia Bluffs. Also nearby is the Manistee National Forest and many hiking trails. Sunsets are a specialty.

Laundry with washer and dryer. Telephone for local calls only. Cable TV, DVD player, and VCR. Patio furniture on deck. Gas grill. Gas fireplace. Master bedroom has king size bed and whirlpool tub in master bath. Upstairs bedrooms have two twin beds each. Day bed/trundle bed in veranda room. Activities: Fishing charters are available in Manistee and Onekama. Catch that big salmon or lake trout. Golf at Arcadia Bluffs, Manistee National, Heathland, County Highlands, Bear Lake, Hemlock, and Manistee CC. The North Country hiking trail is nearby.

There are nature trails at Orchard Beach State Park and at the Lake Bluff Audubon Society. Mountain biking trails are available at the Big M ski area in the Manistee National Forest. Canoe or Kayak the Manistee or Pine River. About an hour north on the scenic Northwoods Highway is Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. Tour Historic Pt. Betsie Lighthouse about 30 minutes north. Visit the nearby city of Manistee with its historic buildings and beautiful Victorian homes. Manistee also has a beautiful Riverwalk and Marina facility and two wonderful beaches. Visit Manistee, Ludington, Frankfort and Point Betsie lighthouses.

An absolutely gorgeous condo with beautiful furnishings and perfectly suited for a family. In a great location with plenty of activities, just steps away from the Lake Michigan beach with spectacular sunsets. We hope all your guests enjoy their stay as much as we did. Hope to see you again in 2006.

These condos are the best around. The room set up was perfect for our family, the beach out the back door, plenty of golf, biking and canoeing. We're looking forward to our second vacation there in August 2005.

We LOVED our week here in August of 2004. So much in fact that we booked a week in 2005 as soon as we could. The beach is at the back door and the home is wonderful. Manistee is also a lovely town!
