Photos and Description of this Satellite Beach holiday house 3BR/2BA Home on Florida's Space Coast

The accommodations include 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and an en suite bathroom with shower, hand basin in vanity, and WC. There are two further bedrooms with full size beds, and a queen-size sofa bed in the Florida room, so that the house can accommodate 8 people. There also is another full bath with tub/shower, hand basin and a WC. The fully fitted kitchen has a cooking range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator / freezer, and other small appliances. Cookware, tableware, silverware, and glassware are provided as are linens and towels. A utility area adjacent to kitchen has a washer and dryer. The enclosed two-car garage has automatic door openers for privacy and security. A gracious dining room seats 10. A spacious and bright Florida room overlooks the pool and the garden and is equipped with a cable TV and a VCR. A screened private swimming pool and patio are equipped with picnic table, sofa, and two pool lounge chairs with umbrella.

The beach is one of the prime nesting sites for green and loggerhead turtles.

    Payment for the house rental to be made one month before arrival.
    Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will forfeit booking deposit, and within one week of arrival will forfeit all payments.

Lovely sandy beaches invite walks, swimming, surfing and shell collecting and attract green and leatherback turtles to nest (April to August).

Beaches are lovely for solitary walks, for surf fishing, and provide excellent wave action for surfing. There is a Wildlife preserve on Merrit Island near by.

Beautiful Spacious Vacation Home

Loved our stay and Thank-you Katarina for sharing your beautiful spacious vacation home with us. We miss our second home so much! Everything was included. Even big beach towels that my sons strutted around in everywhere! Weather a little cold for pool but jumped in anyway. Access to upper balcony was cool and beautiful screened in porch brought the outside in. No bugs to worry about! Beach access right across street. Swam in ocean and watched sun rise every day and looked for shells. Biked to see manatees and other sites wonderful neighbors told us about. Fished from shore and ate fish almost every day. Sheephead and Pompano so good! Wish I was still there!
