Spotless 2BR 2BA Luxury Home Sleeps 4 Enjoy the warm Arizona sun this winter. This lovely 1500 square foot Mountain Brook Village home is located in the foothills of Superstition Mountains. Mountain Brook Village is a wonderful 55 and older community with everything you need for an unforgettable winter get away. The Mountain Brook Community features a newly remodeled and expanded activity center. At the center you will find two inviting pools, fitness center, tennis courts, whirlpool, library with a large selection of movies to loan, Computer center with internet access, planned activities, including two hiking clubs and various hobby activities.

MountainBrook Village is a 55 and older community located southeast of Mesa, AZ on US 60. It lies in the foothills of the Superstition Mountains. For golfing enthusiasts, a course runs through the village. Many hiking clubs in the area and lots of other events happening all the time. MountainBrook Village is close to shopping, theaters and has easy access to routes leading to Tempe and several Botanical Gardens.

The covered patio has a table which seats six and a gas grill. Nearby are restaurants, hiking trails, two first class golf courses and a small strip mall with a large grocery store. Within twenty minutes are major shopping malls and theaters Activities: In addition to the on site and local activities there are several 1 or 2 day trips... Major league baseball (Phoenix is home to the Arizona Diamondbacks), mountain lakes with boat rentals, Boyce Thompson Arboretum, beautiful mountain drives, Tucson's Old Town, San Xavier Del Bac Mission, Pima Air Museum and aircraft graveyard and the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum. For a 2-3 day trip try the Grand Canyon, San Diego or Mexico.

Surrounding area: This home comes with no traffic noise and no street lights to disturb the beautiful, quiet and peaceful desert evenings. Yet, it has easy access to Hwy 60, which is your expressway to all points in the Phoenix/Mesa area. Very friendly neighbors and a chance to view wildlife right from your windows.

Shopping, restaurants, movies, flea market: Grocery store, drug store and major shopping are just minutes away. All can be accessed via Hwy 60. The major intersection for shopping malls and movie theaters is Hwy 60 and Power RD.
