Spacious town home adjacent to the Number 1 Green of the famed Harbour Town Golf Links, home of the Heritage Classic. Just 3 blocks from the island's landmark Lighthouse, shops, eateries and the Harbour Town Marina, our home can accommodate up to 6 guests using the sleeper sofa. The unit is bright and airy and comes fully equipped down to a washer/dryer. The kitchen and bathrooms were remodeled in Nov 2005, new living-room furniture was delivered in June 06. The Sea Pines Beach Club is just a short bike ride away (0.9 mi) or it offers free parking. The Beach Club houses an outdoor bar, snack shop, grill, showers, picnic tables and a gift shop. Our guests also have access to a pool just steps away from the front door or your choice of 2 others located within Sea Pines. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea or an afternoon beverage on the patio as you view the golfers on the Number 1 green of this PGA tournament golf course.

Owner Inspected at least 2 times per year.: Perhaps a swim suits you? Well you can stay poolside with one just a few steps from our home or choose from 2 others available in Sea Pines. If the beach is in your plans, you can ride your bike or drive your car to the Sea Pines Beach Club. And don't forget to stop by the South Beach Marina, home of the Salty Dog and many other shops and eateries. We personally inspect our home at least 2 times per year ensuring that everything is in good working order and the unit is good condition.

Activities:: The Harbour Town marina offers a long list of water sport options such as jet ski rentals, sail boat and power boat rentals, parasailing, fishing charters, lunch and dinner cruises etc. The South Beach Marina, also in Sea Pines, offers many of the same activities mentioned above plus kayaking. If horseback riding interests you, the stables are just a short bike ride from our home. All of this is available without leaving Sea Pines Plantation. Golf, Golf, Golf. More of a watcher than a doer? You have come to the right place. Grab a chair down at the marina and just take in the sounds and sights. In the evenings, live music fills the air once Gregg Russel finishes his nightly performance. Off the Sea Pines plantation you can more of the same. You will have a hard time fitting everything in during one week.

My wife and I enjoyed this place very much. Everything as advertised and more. Located just blocks away (walking distance) from numerous activities and restaurants. Plan on staying there again.
