Villa Tallbacken is a very nice and well maintained house with a nice sitting room equipped wit an open fire. The house is built on a 3000 square meter land and is well protected. Your next neighbour is about 200 meters away. The house has two bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower and a well equipped kitchen. Here you will have a lot of quietness and calmness.

„Liebe Ingalill und liebe Göran, Sie haben uns Ihr liebvoll eingerichtetes Häuschen zur Verfügung gestellt, in dem wir eine wunderschöne Woche erlebt haben. Wir werden noch lange am Schweden denken. Vielen herzlichen Dank. Silvia, Severin und Steffen aus Berlin. July 2004.“ --- „Liebe Anderssons, zweieinhalb wunderschöne Wochen in dieser traumhaften Umgebung liegen hinter uns, und es fällt uns schwer Abschied zu nehmen. Wir haben es genossen, in diesem netten Haus zu wohnen, dem schönen Strand, Tennisplätze vor der Haustür und vor allem die wunderschöne Ruhe! --- Fisch kaufen direkt vom Kutter oder in Rökeri Martin - hervorragend! Åhus ein netter, kleiner Ort direkt vor der Tür - Malmö und Lund etwas weiter weg. Kristianstad, Forsakar Wasserfall, Blåherremölla, Wanås Skulpturenpark, all dies in nächster Umgebung. Skåne, eine schöne Urlaubsregion. Mit besten Wünschen Kristine, Hans, Peter, Philipp und Katrin Hammer aus Mainz Aug 2004.“
