Stylish recently up-dated Gulf-front Condo located on exclusive Gulf Shore Blvd. directly across the street from the upscale Venetian Village shops and bistros. This fully air-conditioned 11th floor two-bedroom unit has beautiful views of the Gulf or Venetian Bay from every room! The two-story unit with a spiral staircase has bedrooms on the second floor each with a private bath. A large living room with den area, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and large balcony overlooking Venetian Bay completes the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a microwave, electric range, dishwasher, refrigerator, garbage disposal, and all kitchen accessories. All bed and bath linens plus beach towels and beach chairs are also provided. Also included is a VCR, CD player, 2 cable TVs, a wet bar with a refrigerator on the first floor and a kitchenette on the second floor. Master bedroom is appointed with a walk-in closet plus a large double closet.
