Photos and Description of this Azur holiday house Roomy house with 3 bedrooms for a total of 6 people near the coast

Our house has approx. 98 m² of living space. In addition to the almost 50 m² living and dining area, there are also three bedrooms with 200 x 90 cm adult beds. Bathroom with shower, tub and sink. There is a separate WC as well. The house is located on an approx. 600 m² fenced-in garden-lot and has 2 terraces. Enjoy the morning sun while eating your first meal of the day on the breakfast terrace, while the garden terrace catches the evening sun. There is a stone grill in the garden close by. You can prepare wonderfully fresh sea fish etc.on it. There is a washing machine, clothes dryer and deep freezer in the garage, which we use to store equipment. There is also a table tennis table available (paddles and net are not provided) as well as 2 golf carts for you to enjoy your hobby on the beautiful dune courses nearby, which happen to be some of the oldest in Europe.

Azur is a pleasant village in the coastal area of Aquitaine. Enjoy the charm of this beautifully diversified area, the seemingly never-ending pinewood of the country and the phenomenal beaches. The town is located on the north edge of the Etang de Soustons, approx. 9 km north of Soustons with many places to shop and approx. 11 km east of Vieux-Boucau, the centre of tourism. There are beautiful beaches perfect for surfing, sailing and swimming on the Etang de Soustons. In the immediate vicinity there are 4 famous golf courses, including the oldest one on continental Europe. Tennis courts are available for booking in the village or at the sea. The region also offers a kilometre long bicycling path (bicycles can be rented on-site). There are also many very good restaurants with excellent regional cuisine as well as bar, post office and 1 small grocery for that fresh baguette every morning. There are many interesting cities in the area like Dax, Biarritz, Bayonne, San Sebastean etc.
