Villa Avalon is a superbly decorated and designed villa facing south over the Raven canal - perfect for relaxing beside the pool in the spacious lanai. Built and landscaped in November 2002 this remains in superb condition and is ideal for up to 2 families to enjoy together, yet comfortable for a couple requiring a get away break. The design offers exceptionally versatile accommodation with both formal and casual areas for entertaining and relaxing. Sliding doors give access to the lanai and pool from the master bedroom, lounge and family room. The villa extends to a total 2800 sq.ft, air-conditioned with a swimming pool heated by an electric heat pump. The villa has a boat dock and 7000lb lift, it is 15 minutes to the Caloosahatchee river by boat, ideal for the keen boater. A Sea Ray 240 Sundancer is available with the house at an extra charge. Situated in the Country Club area of Cape Coral this villa is 5 mins drive to the Yacht Club beach.

Great Villa and Boat

We had a excellent stay at Villa Avalon. Lovely positioning on the canal with superb pool, speed boat and garden. Visits from both a pool man and garden maintainance showed it was really well kept. The villa didn't disappoint at all - large rooms with good quality furnishings. It was a real home away from home with all the amentities a family needed including a barbeque. The owners were very helpful and a folder left at the villa gave us ideas of which attractions to visit. After an induction on the boat we were out everyday fishing and towing our 6 and 7 year old boys on a tube, along with visits to various local beaches and the yacht club .

A great stay in Cape Coral

We had a great stay in Cape Coral. The house was beautiful, and well equipped for us (2 families). A great place, the kids loved the outdoor, heated pool! We wore amazed to find such nice coastal waters, and the boat was frequently used. Thanks to Alistair for a great stay and a good communication, bith before and after the stay!
