Modern home located in a quiet residential area of the Town of Banff. The home is tastefully furnished, fully equipped and exceptionally clean. All beds are furnished with quality linens and comfy duvets and each of the 4 bedrooms have an adjoining bathroom with fluffy towels and heated tile floors. The oversized master bedroom has a large bathroom with a double jetted tub and walk in closet. The large open kitchen is very well appointed providing everything needed for at home meals. A forested back yard features a deck with gas grill and balcony with outdoor furniture. Indoor heated parking for 2 vehicles is provided in the double garage with remote door opener.
