The Coconut Palm is a beautiful 2000 sq ft home just 350 ft to the ocean. This immaculate home is all tiled and offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living area and a huge family room, which is perfect for the kids to play in. The tropical backyard with lush bamboo and water fountain is completely enclosed, providing a great play area. Walk out from master suite through the french doors to 8 person spa and lounge chairs. Sit by the alcove area and enjoy the view of the front yard or sit at the desk to write a letter or to get some work done. And of course, walk only 2 blocks and you're enjoying the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Directly on the ocean are 2 resorts with fantastic amenities including restaurants, tiki bar, beach sports rentals, cabana chair rentals and shops. Fabulous oceanfront dining and Las Olas can be found within a 5 minute drive and for a little gambling action The Isles Racetrack & Casino just 12 minutes away. For the kids Boomers is the place to go!

This home is furnished with new and modern furnishings and you will have everything you need for your use- linens, towels, dishes, cups, pots and pans, 10 cup coffee maker, blender, spice rack, microwave, toaster, Cuisinart, dishwasher, washer & dryer, radio, cordless telephone, 3 televisions with digital cable with 18 movie channels, 3 VCRs, CD player & CDs, beach chairs, patio set and barbeque grill. Extras include books, beach toys. Board games for those rainy days, a beach wagon and kids toys. Master bedroom has a king size bed (Serta Perfect Sleeper Piilowtop), 2nd bedroom has two single beds, 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and 4th bedroom/den has a bunk bed. Florida room has a sectional sofa, The dining room serves 6 and there is additional dining for 4 in the Florida room. Crib, high chair, playpen, walker and bicycles available upon request. Booking a vacation rental online and from a private owner is something that we were somewhat hesitant about. However, this home is everything it promises to be! Even with nine people (six of them teens), we never felt crowded. It is very spacious and clean. The beds were fabulous and all the furniture is very nice and comfortable. We all thoroughly enjoyed our much too short stay here!

Great low-key & easy place - super practical location-wise. Close to airport, close to fancy places like Palm Beach...yet you can spend a very lazy day with kids at home and end the day on the beach 3-toddler-walking minutes away!!
The house is split beautiful for sharing families - we were 2 families: one of 2 adults + 1kids; the other 2 adults + 3kids
The above ground pool w/removable ladder, for us was a MAJOR plus having little kids running around!!
Lisa was attentive to our needs!

Coconut Palms was the most perfect location for my 2 children and their families to spend Thanksgiving. There were 4 small children that loved the back yard as much as the adults.

memories at your beautiful home that will last us a
lifetime! Our favorite feature was the outdoor spa,
and the surprisingly short distance to the beach.
Another trip down is definately in the future!

Having a wonderful house in a great location goes a long way when traveling with 21 month old twins. Add on to that very accommodating and helpful owners and you get spoiled and do not want to leave. That was our experience staying at this property. The layout of the house allows for plenty of privacy when desired. The outdoor spaces are beautifully appointed and maintained. We hope to return to this property next year for two weeks instead of just one. Many thanks to Lisa & Ken.
