The popular Sand Castle I at Indian Shores is directly on the Gulf of Mexico with magnificent views of sand, surf, and sunsets. It is conveniently located south of Clearwater and north of St. Pete Beach and John's Pass. The area has many great restaurants and shops nearby, and is only thirty minutes from Bush Gardens, 90 minutes from Orlando, and zero minutes to the pristine beach or heated pool. Unit will sleep 6 people, master bedroom has a king size bed with a walk in closet, second bedroom has 2 full (double) beds, and there is a den/study with a fold out full size sofabed. Also has a sofa bed in the living room. Free high speed internet with wireless capabilities

Located directly on one of the best beaches in Florida. Great Family location, many restaurants and stores nearby. Low traffic and open beaches, but only a few miles from tourist areas.

Amenities:: The condo has two full baths, and the kitchen appliances are new, including: fridge, dishwasher, range, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Provided for your comfort are linens, towels, cooking and dining utensils, ice maker, full A/C, clothes washer and dryer, and cable TV. Living room has a 36' TV, and TV's are in both bedrooms. Unit is on the seventh of nine floors, so it has tremendous views of the ocean to the west, north, and south. Low enough to see all the beach activity, but high enough to see the dolphins and meandering pelicans diving for dinner. Free high speed internet with wireless capability.

A large balcony is attached to the living room and master bedroom. Open your sliding glass doors and fall asleep with tropical breezes while listening to the waves on the shore. Sorry, but the building does not allow pets, or smoking except on the balconies. The unit does have a reserved parking space.
