Dad's Dream is a beautiful single story home 3.5 miles from Disney's main gate located in the Indian Creek subdivision. Bring your lap top computer and enjoy wireless high speed internet service. Our five bedroom, four bath home has 2157 square foot of living area and a two - car garage. There are two master suites with king - sized beds. Both masters open to the pool area and the main master has a separate shower and garden tub. One bedroom has a full bed and the other two bedrooms each have two twin beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. Dad's Dream sleeps 12 plus there is a 'play and pack' type crib and a high chair for an infant. The living room contains a 51' big screen TV, and a DVD player. There are TVs and DVD players in both master suites and in the full bedroom. The Game Room has a pool table and foosball table. The screened lanai contains a 13’X 26’ gas heated swimming pool and spa and has patio furniture. There is also a privacy fence.

The screened lanai contains patio furniture and a spa connected to the 13'X 26' gas heated swimming pool. Dad's Dream backs up to a concrete wall and there is PVC fencing making the backyard totally private. Smoking is allowed only in the patio area, and no pets are allowed. Our property manager is there to assist you if you have any concerns during your stay. The Indian Creek subdivision is situated 1.5 miles off of Highway 192. It is close to everything yet quiet. The Orlando airport is a 25 minute drive, Sea World is 15 minutes and it is 20 minutes to Universal Studios.

Amenities:: Other amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, 2 hair dryers, linens and towels, alarm clocks, 3 telephones, gas BBQ grill, and a security system. There is also a Games Room with a Pool Table and Foosball Table. On site amenities include a putting green, tennis and basketball courts, a baseball and soccer field, and a tot playground. Close by are miniature golf, movie theaters, grocery stores, pharmacies, water parks, horseback riding, golf courses, parasailing, restaurants, shopping, boating, jet skiing, and hiking.

My husband and I rented Dad's Dream for our family vacation this January. There were 4 couples who shared the house and we found it very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing and it was nice to be so close to all the attractions in Orlando. The property manager was very helpful with making the reservations and with any concerns that we had. When compared to the other homes in the area to rent, this is a great value for what you get. We had a great vacation.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
