For the entertainment and communication there is TV, video, stereo, fax and telephone. In the Master-bedroom you find a “Kingsize bed”, in the other bedrooms a “Queensize bed” and 2 single beds. From every bedroom you can go into big wardrobes. The villa “Dreamview” has got a big Master-bathroom with a double-washbasin, bathtub and a separate shower, as well a separate toilet room. The second bathroom has one washbasin, shower and toilet. There are enough towels and hairdryers. The kitchen is furnished extensive, so you won’t miss anything: dishwasher, oven, stove with heating surfaces, ceran, microwave, refrigerator...

The house lies on a quiet living area away from the main-traffic-street. It’s built on a wide channel-end in western exposure. You can watch a fantastic sunset from the terrace every evening. Because of the central position it’s a close distance to restaurants and shopping. There are 2 living rooms, so bigger families have enough place for different interests.

Die Angaben im Online-Inserat waren absolut korrekt.
Haus, Garten und Pool waren super gepflegt, was bei der großen Hitze sicherlich mehr Aufwand erfordert als in gemäßigten Klimazonen.
Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter war vorbildlich.
Wir würden diese Villa jederzeit weiterempfehlen, allerdings haben wir uns die "falsche" Reisezeit ausgesucht, im Winter sind die Temperaturen sicher erträglicher.
Die Strände bei Cape Coral und Fort Myers sind traumhaft, Tampa und St. Petersburg sind allemal einen Ausflug wert, wer Spaß dran hat, für den ist auch die Fahrt nach Orlando zu den Disney-Attraktionen lohnenswert.
