Beautiful Hamptons Vacation House. Heated Pool:
The well-equipped eat-in kitchen has all appliances and cook-ware, and opens onto a lovely dining-room with an expandable table (seats 4-12) and an over sized four-paned sliding glass windows that open onto a brick patio with a Weber Gas Grill. The comfortable Media Room has Satellite TV with DVR and HBO and a stereo-system with speakers throughout the house and outside. It has a pull out sofa and can be used as a separate sleeping area. We have lots of windows, recessed lighting, nine foot ceilings downstairs, and a cathedral ceiling in the expansive master bed-room which has its own sitting area. Upstairs we also have three other spacious bedrooms and a large hall that we use as a children's play area (Brio Train Set, games, Duplo Blocks.).

The house is conveniently located between Sag Harbor and East Hampton villages, near Southampton, toward the end of a cul-de-sac in a lovely area with beautiful new homes, five acre zoning, and is adjacent to hundreds of acres of preserve land. We have a large yard with a grassy lawn (with irrigation system), a 20' x 40' heated pool fenced separately from the house, surrounded by gardens and complimented by 6 chaise lounges and market umbrellas. A swing set and play area are available for the kids.. The main patio also has seating as well as a Weber gas grill. The yard also sports a hammock, sandbox, swing-set. The spacious covered porch with table & chairs is a lovely area for evening dining.
Glorious Hamptons :
World class Ocean-Beaches are easily accessible from the house, lovely Bay Beaches in Sag Harbor, boating and sailing out of Sag Harbor, fishing, tennis in Sag Harbor and East Hampton, lovely restaurants in Sag Harbor, Bay Street Theater and Guild Hall museum and theater. Barcelona Neck has delightful walking trails--or just take a walk on the reserve land adjacent to the house.
We are the vacation destination for New Yorkers and visitors from around the world! And not just for summer anymore--shops and restaurants are open year-round, art galleries, museums and theaters provide many options for visitors. And the scenery is breath-taking in any season.
Golf:
Less than a mile away we have the public Sag Harbor Golf course, and we are five minutes from Poxabogue Golf Course, and 20 from Shinnecock Hills and the PGA US Open.
