**Maybe you just want to relax in the bountiful sunshine and warm weather while in the privacy of a home to yourself with a very private brick walled back yard, in a very quite neighborhood!! We are in a community of all ages w/friendly but private neighbors. We ask that you refrain from smoking & having pets in the house.
Some of the best vacations we ever took started from right here! Come and enjoy for yourself the privacy of a roomy, comfortable, clean, affordable home! We have almost 1,400 square feet of wonderful space so that you don't have to be underfoot of each other! The home is a single story house that has hardly been lived in since it was built in 1999.
There are 3 TVs, one in great room, 2 in the bedrooms. There is a stereo/CD player, and a VCR/DVD player. There are a few board games and movies that we left for you to enjoy during your stay. Beautifully decorated in soothing neutral colors and southwest motif to help you relax after a long day getting to know Arizona. The bedrooms and great-room are carpeted. There are two sink-into-comfortable sofas, two rocker recliners, and a glass dining table with four chairs in the great-room. We have an eat-in kitchen with a wooden dining table and six chairs. (As you sit at the kitchen table, look out over the houses across the street and view the mountains.) The floor in the kitchen is constructed of tan tiles. We have full kitchen appliances, stove, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, dishwasher, and refrigerator.
Each bedroom comes complete with a queen size bed. Each room in the house is equipped with ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet w/private full bath and hair dryer.The master bedroom also has a rocker recliner to help you relax with a good book, away from the crowd! There is a 2-car garage. The back yard is walled in with a covered patio w/patio furniture & view of the Superstition Mountains. The yard is desert landscape w/ beautiful flowering bushes. The common areas of the community offer playground equipment & green picnic areas, one is located just two doors down from the house. Within blocks there is a city park complete w/swimming pool, tennis courts, & a skateboard park. We are located off of Ironwood Avenue, minutes away from the superstition freeway (US60). A short 25/30 minutes from the PHX Skyharbor Airport, and 30/35 minutes from downtown Phoenix. Just east of Mesa. Easy to find, close to city life, yet far enough out to be away from the crowd.
Ski:
During the winter months, there is skiing up in Flagstaff, AZ. It is amazing that you can be skiing in the snow of the mountains, and then just drive a short 2 and 1/2 hours and be swimming outdoors in 70 to 80 degree weather!
Golf:
We have world class golf courses within minutes from the home, including the beautiful Gold Canyon course. We have a listing at the home of the courses that we enjoy the most!
