You will find it first class with all the good stuff like theater sound and beautiful decor. It also comes comes complete with its own full kitchen and all the utensils. There is also a separate parking, entrance and porch for the apartment. Your guests will have all the privacy they want.
Activities::
The house is ideally situated for diving and snorkeling in the waters of the Atlantic or Gulf. Nearby in the Atlantic (only about 6 miles) is Looe Key National Marine Sanctuary. In addition to Looe Key, you'll find Adolphus Busch Wreck, American Shoals, and the local surrounding waters abounding with beautiful areas to snorkel and dive. Eat and drink at some of the wonderful local restaurants within minutes of the house. Key West is about 20 minutes away and offers all the entertainment anyone could want.
Cudjoe Key......20 minutes from Key West:
You will notice this is more like a home than a RENTAL. We visit often and keep everything perfect. It is one of the safest, most beautiful places in the world. Cudjoe Marina and Dive Center at the end of our canal is very convenient for all your boating and diving needs. Sit on the back porch and watch the water, grill fresh lobster or fish, read a book, and enjoy boating or sight-seeing. Swim in the clean clear canal, snorkel for fish and Lobster, you don't even need a boat.
PRIVACY......There is only a vacant lot directly across our canal and empty 1/2 lots on either side of our home. There are new porch shades that can be lowered that eleminate the direct sun and provide a 30' private porch. From inside the porch you can see out but you can not see in. Landscaping provides privacy for almost everywhere else. Even the Spa and Gardens on both sides of the property are very private. Road noise is almost nonexistent.
