It is situated on an typical Berlin avenue in a pleasant environment. In this area you find friendly coffee shops, restaurantes, boutiques, antiques stores, wellness and health centres. In the nearby roads Kantstrasse and Bismarkstrasse you also have theatres, cinemas and art galleries and bars and discos. This is a very nice apartment in a very good part of Berlin. It is both in a very safe area and in good proximity of the S-Bahn and underground. Ideal for visiting the Schloss Charlottenburg.

A family of 4, we stayed comfortably in this apartment. There is a nice cafe next door and very nice bars/restaurants a short distance away.

-von der A115 leicht u. gut zu erreichen
-Alleenstr. mit kostenloser Parkmöglichkeit
-Wohng. = Stück Altberlin mit sympath. Flair
-von naheliegendem S- Bahnhof schnell in allen Blner.

-nach (anstrengenden) Tagesausflügen freut man sich
auf Relaxen in der Wohnung

Wohnung ist groß und liegt zentral. Leider ist sie nicht sonderlich gepflegt und sauber (schmutzige Fensterscheiben,liebloser Balkon, Besteckkasteneinsätze nicht sauber). Für 4 Personen wirklich nicht geeignet,da nur winziger Tisch in der Küche, am Wohnzimmertisch nur 3 Stühle stehen und zum Schlafen für eine vierte Person nur ein Zustellbett vorhanden ist.
Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Ich würde diese Wohnung meinen Freunden dennoch nicht weiterempfehlen.
