This home is located on a wide block in the very trendy 'West End' section of Long Beach. The home has a new wooden porch with a motorized remote control retractable awning to provide shade during the warm summer afternoons, and a barbeque. The inside is newly renovated with a modern open kitchen and rustic hardwood floors. It provides a double bed and single bed, one in each of the 2 rooms.

This beautiful summer vacation area on the south coast of Long Island is called Long Beach. It is 55 min train ride on the Long Island Railroad (LIRR) to Penn Station located in Mid Town Manhattan. The beach is approximately 4 miles long. There are two miles of gorgeous Sandy Dunes and two miles of a wonderful boardwalk. You’ll find nice restaurants and Pubs in walking distance. The transportation system is excellent.

Notes: Balcony faces west nice for sunsets. Wide block. Retractable remote controlled awning. Nice cushioned long chairs for relaxing in the sun on the balcony. 3 minute walk to an absolutely gorgeous beach. One of the nicest in the country.

Beat New York city prices: Outstanding alternative to a pricey hotel in NewYork City. Very comfortable private home. 55 minute train ride to Manhattan where you can enjoy all New York City has to offer. The winter holiday season is especially beautiful in New York. There is Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, etc. and the 15 days prior to Christmas there is electricity in the air. The city is awesome.

The Long Beach Community: Long Beach is a very residential community. Most people live here year round. A treasure only now being discovered so close to New York City and is becoming more and more upscale every year. We have the beach, the boardwalk, the one and only New York City 55 minutes away. Restaurants and pubs within a few minutes walk. Also, the Jones Beach outdoor Amphitheatre is a 15 minute drive away on the next beach island called Jones Beach, featuring concerts all summer long by the biggest names in the Music industry.
