This is a beautifully furnished and rarely rented condo unit right in the heart of 'Old Town' in Park City. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, private sauna in the unit, wet bar with nice selection of wine, champagne, and beverage glassware. Two underground heated parking spaces and community hot tub. A washer and dryer are in the unit, ski locker and many other fine amenities. There is a gas grill on the patio. The location is superb. It is a very short walk to the Town lift and you can ski in to the new town bridge, within 2 blocks to home. Wonderful restaurants, spas, and entertainment starting within one block. This is a beautiful, tastefully furnished unit with nice artwork and full amenities. Stay in a beautiful private neighborhood setting where you can stroll to town and a short 2 block walk to town lift for Park City skiing. Free transportation at your front door to Deer Valley every 10 minutes.

The Canyons bus and the Deer Valley bus will deliver you right to the ticket counter, which are both less than 3 miles away. A small neighborhood condo with 2 heated underground parking spaces. Amenities: The kitchen has everything you need for entertaining in style. All the basics, dishwasher, full stove, microwave, ice maker granite counter tops and many more small appliances and items to make life easy. The breakfast bar easily seats 4, so you can have plenty of company when doing kitchen duty. Two sets of dishes and lots of warmth here. 2 fireplaces and flat screen TV in living room. Activities: This unit is close to three major ski areas including Deer Valley and The Canyons. A 30 minute drive from Salt Lake City Airport. Many more ski Resorts in the area. Great downhill, snowboarding, cross country skiing, and a tubing park with lift for the young ones. Sleigh ride dinners, snow shoeing, and many more activities.

In the summer, enjoy the rails to trials bike path right out our door. Golf, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, walk to the park for concerts, horseback riding, boating, ballooning, live theater and lots more. Walk to restaurants, clubs, shopping, spas and other places.
