The luxury apartment is located in the most beautiful residential area on the Mediterranean in typical Mallorcan architecture. The apartment has 3 bedrooms each with an attached bathroom. There is also a kitchen, dining room, a large living room, a guest bathroom & WC as well as a large south-facing terrace. Two bedrooms have direct access to the Mediterranean garden as well as to one of the 5 pools in the complex. The complex has a private beach. There are two other public beaches in the neighbourhood. The apartment is furnished with everything you need.
