Villa Gardenia was built at the end of 2001 at Lake Finesterre. It is located in a quiet residential area with pleasant neighbour-hood. The large pool area with many seats and deckchairs and the marvellous view over the lake invites to relax and enjoy vacations. By boat you will arrive the golf of Mexico on the directly way with only one bridge in about 25 minutes. The luxury furnishing with a lot of specials leaves nothing to be desired. The high cathedral ceilings and wide windows (in the living area nearly completely pushing back) as well as the light colored furniture increase the generosity of the house.

Cape Coral is located at the Caloosahatchee River going to the golf of Mexico. Ft. Myers and the offshore islands Sanibel and Captiva have beautiful beaches with wonderful shells. You can reach them easily by car or by boat. You will find Villa Gardenia in the southwest of Cape Coral. The next shopping centers like Camelot Shopping Center and Walgreens are five minutes away from the house.
