It is a vacation villa with precious teak furniture. The 11 m long private swimming pool with adjoining shady Thai Sala is situated within the large (1600 m²) lush tropical garden. On the pool side there is also a sun deck with teak sun beds. Spacious, covered terraces, also equipped with teak furniture and sun beds offer a 300 ° stunning sea views and surround the house at three sides. A lotus pond with waterfall and tropical water plants stretches all along the West terrace. Two large bedrooms with double beds and teak wood floors offer exits to the east- or respectively west terrace. These bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms with shower and WC. A third, smaller bedroom also with double bed does not have a private bathroom, but an adjoining guest WC with sink. All three bedrooms have Air-con. There is a fourth bedroom and bath downstairs. The modern kitchen is separated by a kitchen bar from the completely glassed and comfortably furnished living room.

The privately owned vacation villa is situated 40 m high above sea level on a small hill at the north east end of Koh Samui between the sandy beaches of Samrong Bay and Thongson Bay. The villa is located within a new complex of several private villas and this complex offers 24 hours security service. There are 5 minutes by foot to Samrong Bay with restaurant and beach bar, 5 minutes by car to beautiful Choengmon Beach with many fish restaurants and 10 minutes by car to the north end of the 11 km long sandy beach of Chaweng. Shops and many restaurants are within short driving distance. Many tours and excursions on water or on land can be booked everywhere.

Stunning, close sea view from the terraces which surround the house at three sides; sun rise in the east, the sister island Koh Phangan in the north to the Ang Thong Marine Life national park, where you can watch fantastic sun sets. Private 11 x 6 m large swimming pool with a Thai Sala and teak wood sun beds. One set of dining chairs and table on the East side as well as on the West side, additional day beds and teak benches on the large terraces. The living room equipped with Teak wood furniture is completely glassed with glass doors opening to the terraces and is separated from the modern well equipped kitchen by a kitchen bar. 3 big bedrooms with double beds and mosquito nets. A fourth bed room inside a separate one-room-apartment with double bed, kitchenette, bath room and exit to another terrace with also sea view is situated downstairs and is only rented together with the house on request.
