Relax and enjoy this tranquil setting listening to the sound of the waves from this lake front cottage on the south arm of Lake Charlevoix. This charming cottage has a wonderful sandy beach and dock for your small boat or jet ski just steps from the front door. Also enjoy the views from the enclosed porch and large outside deck with patio furniture and a charcoal barbecue grill. This cottage sleeps six, one bedroom has a queen bed, one bedroom has two twin beds and the family room has a queen sleeper. It has been newly furnished and has two updated bathrooms. The kitchen is fully furnished and has a snack bar. The living room is cozy for lounging with a fireplace and is equipped with cable TV and DVD player. This cottage has all the lake has to offer, swimming, boating, fishing, and close to both Charlevoix and East Jordan for golfing, tennis, shopping, and fine dining.

  • The weekly rates are $1,475 for June 13 - Labor Day. $1,000 for May - June 13 and after Labor Day or $165 per night. There is a $300 deposit and $50 cleaning fee to secure the reservation. The damage deposit of $300 will be refunded within two weeks after tenants leave.

I told the friends the picture doesn't do your place justice. The wood interior is a nice touch, and the dock is not shown in the picture, but there was a nice dock that we tied our water trampoline to. The water starts out shallow, but about six feet off the dock, the water drops to about ten feet. Perfect for diving of a water trampoline. The beach area was a nice spot for our kayaks. It was nice that there was a barbecue grill, but we didn't use it. The washer and dryer was nice, as was the furnished kitchen. Given everything was there that we needed, it was a great stay. And this cottage is not far from some nice attractions. If you are sports minded, you can catch a nice 17 mile bike trail from Charlevoix to Petoskey. There are some nice golf courses nearby. You can hang out and enjoy the cottage or find things to do in the area. I would stay at this place again. And the best part of renting a place is, the adults have fun too. No lawn mowing or maintenance!
