Historic Main Street & Park City::
Well over a century old, Park City was founded by silver miners. These were hard working, hard playing men and women that came from just about everywhere. Today that rough and tumble silver mining past is evident in the quaint architecture that houses the many bars, clubs, and shops lining historic Main Street.
You will enjoy the exciting and slightly unpredictable 'party' atmosphere that entertained the world during the 2002 Winter Olympic Games. While roaming Main Street you'll find everything from hand made furniture, books, sportswear, and boutique clothing to art collectibles and western antiques. You will also find a multitude of world class restaurants serving all types of cuisine to tempt your taste buds. Within one hour of Park City you will also find other world class resorts such as Snowbird/Alta and Snow Basin to choose from. There are three large grocery stores, a Post Office, and two state liquor stores located within a seven minute drive from Red Pine.
