Hotel Amenities with the comforts of Home!! SAVE MONEY and still enjoy a top quality vacation when you stay at our oceanfront condo!! Our two bedroom/two bath condo is located on Hutchinson Island in the gated oceanfront community of Ocean Village. Located 2 hours from Orlando’s Disney World, resort-like Ocean Village boasts more than ½ mile of private beach, 3 heated swimming pools, 1 kiddie pool, a par 3 executive golf course, and 10 tennis courts. OV is immaculately maintained and beautifully landscaped. The naturalized dunes have been fully replanted since the 2004 hurricanes and are beautiful. Also, the workout room has been completely redone and offers many Cybex machines. The oceanfront restaurant, The Inn at Ocean Village, is under new ownership and offers ocean views and high-quality family friendly food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our fully equipped condominium has great ocean views and sits a mere 75 yards from the beach.

    Reservation Policy
    25% of the rental fee is due within four days of making your reservation. The remaining rent plus $200 refundable security deposit and $75 cleaning fee are due
    thirty days prior to your arrival.

    Cancellations and Refunds
    For a cancellation that occurs 60 days prior to your arrival, your deposit minus $75 is refunded. For a cancellation that occurs within 60 prior to your arrival, your money will be refunded only to the extent that the unit can be re-rented.

The kitchen faces east, offering morning sunshine, sea breezes and ocean views. The dining table offers views of the ocean and is a great place to have a tranquil breakfast and watch the sun rise over the water. The bedrooms and the screened porch overlook the scenic eighth hole of the golf course. The bright kitchen has all new appliances, high-quality Farberware cookware, a George Foreman electric grill, a microwave, a Melitta coffee maker, and new chef’s knives/gadgets. The living room has a new queen size sleeper sofa with two matching chairs. There is a pine TV armoire with a color TV (with cable), a DVD/VCR player, and CD player. The master bedroom has a king size bed, an en suite bathroom, a walk in closet, and a color TV (with cable). New linens and Wamsutta Egyptian cotton bath and beach towels are provided. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and an adjacent bathroom. The utility room has a full size washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron.

There is a no smoking, no pets policy as well. Sorry, no exceptions. And, RVs and pickups are prohibited on site, per POA rules. .

Ocean Village has a lovely par three golf course which weaves it way throughout the community. The fee to play during the winter months is $3. Golf is free during the offseason/summer months.

Family Vacation - School Break from NH

Condo living vs. hotel rooms... no brainer! Since we have two teens and a twelve year old, we normally need to rent two hotel rooms as of late. By far, this was way more affordable.

This "home away" is clean, attractive, spacious, and has a nice view of the ocean, and golfers, putting on the greens. The beach is clean and beautiful to walk on, especially early mornings. The pools were clean and well maintained (we swam in 3 of the 4 pools.) This is a "serene" community with many retirees, so keep that in mind at the common areas and pools. But, the beach is so vast that it can accommodate noisy play and romping.

The cleaning person does a very nice job in the condo.

Having the owner make herself available for calls, and information via e-mails minimized worries of renting.

Local food shopping easily available, a trip to Kennedy Space Center, nice movie theatre in Port St. Lucie, 2 hours to Disney, beautiful weather, local restaurants. Mary, the rec director on site at Ocean Village, was energetic and helpful. We had a great vacation. This April week seemed to be during "low" season; which had its pros and cons.
More relaxed, less crowded, warmer weather (it was beautiful each day!) but there was a lot of island construction (didn't hear it in Ocean Village), village property maintenance on-going, tennis lessons not available, restaurant on site was closed 'til October.

I would highly recommend this rental property!

My family and I stayed here recently, and LOVED it! It was so clean....We felt like we were the first people to have stayed there. The location was great! We could see the ocean, and also watch a game of golf from the balcony. This condo comes highly recommended by my husband and I, and our 2 year old son.
