Beautiful view, close to everything

Excellent view--expecially in the evening with the dramatic sky set against the water and the marina in the distance! Imagine sitting on the balcony, feeling the swift, clean breeze and listening to the tropical birds with a drink of your choice in hand. It's the perfect way to begin or end your day. I could have spent the entire week in the condo and been happy!
The owner is absolutely fabulous, easy to reach, friendly and sooo helpful.
I went in mid January in a group of 4 and it was great. This place is minutes from the beaches, ferry (to culebra and vieques), bioluminesent bay, and 25 min to the largest marina--Great if you are into snorkeling. The condo is in a quiet neighborhood with almost no one around--you really can't see anyone from the windows--so it's private and safe but still close to food.
The nearby restaurants are sleepier than in San Juan in that they tend to close earlier, but some do stay open til 10. Expect to pay about $60pp at the nicer ones.
The place was in a great location and we could have easily fit more people if we wanted to. Very spacious and clean with all of the amenities like wireless internet!

Very Romantic Getaway!

My girlfriend and I rented this amazing Penthouse for a romantic getaway week! It truly was a fantastic experience! The views from this Penthouse are beautiful, directly waterfront. We could not decide between this Penthouse and a apartment at Pena Mar. We are so glad we decided on this one! When we arrived in Fajardo we drove past Pena Mar and saw the location was not waterfront and there are two 30 story high rises blocking the ocean view. We spent most of our time on the rooftop verandah and the balcony. Since we both still had to work, being able to have high speed wireless access to the veranda was a treat. The complex was very quiet, we felt like we were the only one's there! We had the pool to ourselves. We definitely want to come back to this Penthouse, it was better then we expected it to be! Clean, we never saw any cockroaches and it was fully equipped with everything we needed! A great place to stay!

Great Location with wonderful Views

The Penthous was even better than we expected. The complex where it is located is very secure and safe. The grounds are immaculate and very welcoming. When we entered the Penthouse, it was very neat with no clutter. The set up was perfect for 1 2 or 3 couples or a family. All the ammenities were as advertised. The views from the veranda were amazing. The owner left brochures and booklets describing local restaurants and activities in the area which were very helpful. We were within a short ride to the Rain Forest and many other activities.

We had the owners cell phone if anything were to come up - which it did not.

I would recommend this rental to any one of my friends or family. The next time we visit Puerto Rico we will surely book this accomodation.

Excellent Vacation Penthouse

This is an absolutely amazing place to stay on a vacation. The view from the rooftop veranda is really spectacular. Andrea, the owner of the penthouse, is very helpful and is available if you need anything. She also gives tips on what to do and how to do them while in Fajardo. We had a great trip and much credit goes to the great location of the condo.

A Great Place to Stay!

I stayed at this gorgeous villa with 4 other people for a week. Fajardo is a great, mellow choice for a place to stay in Puerto Rico. The villa is bright, clean and convenient. It is well represented at the website, and looks just like the pictures. The owner was fantastic by providing us with directions to the villa, and to attractions, food shopping and dining in the area. Those directions proved to be GOLDEN, as it can be quite tricky driving. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, pots & pans and spices, making it easy for us to save a little money by cooking instead of eating out. The view from the balcony and veranda are to die for! Even on a cloudy or rainy day it's beautiful! The villa is very close to a great beach (Seven Seas), biolumminescent bay, and only about 45 minute drive to San Juan.

I would highly recommend this place to stay, especially if you have a group (3-6) you really can't go wrong!
